Considering change isn't easy. That's where I can help.

We can all benefit from some extra support, especially if you recognize:

  • Having anxiety in the pit of your stomach...

  • Being restless and overwhelmed, making it hard to get things done...

  • Having the same fight in your relationship over and over again...

  • Carrying loneliness like a heavy blanket...

  • Anxiously expecting the worst...

  • Or feeling like you are never enough?

Many of us do. Our culture pushes perfection, which can lead to a sense of never being enough. That can be exhausting and depressing.

My name is
Dr. Anne Mary
Montero.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 20 years of experience. I practice in an academic medical setting, both engaging research and clinical care through Indiana University School of Medicine.

Most providers either finished their training long ago and are steeped in their traditional practice, or stay in academic halls that may have little overlap with real life. Few providers today bridge both these worlds.

I am honored to translate research into practice on a daily basis in a way that makes psychology real.
